I stand by my work and support it as required. Bug fixing is free and promptly attended to. Modifications and developments of existing systems are normally quoted for. Training is charged for at an agreed rate.

I can help with some aspects of setting up your accounts so that you get the most from my accounting systems. Sometimes I can transfer data from your old system to the new one.

If you have a problem with your results you can send me a copy of your database so I can track down problem entries. I can also do ad-hoc reports and analysis of figures from your database.
